Characteristics

This is the most widespread species of the highlands. Abaxil of the leaves has a thick mat of white pubescence, and the adaxil is shiny and leathery in texture. Lemon-shaped leaves and thin stems. It grows well in partial shadow, near rivers or in ridges. Found with flowers in November 05.

Location

Papallacta, Guango, Rio Chalpi Grande, Oyacachi. Most abundant plant at Guango and Rio Chalpi.
