Characteristics

Very dark, shiny green on the uppersides of the leaves, contrasting with the opaque, light, dull green on the velvety undersides. It grows horizontally more than vertically, making a large web of stems and spade-shaped leaves that you can get tangled in. Has a very pleasant, strong odor when you cut the leaves. Herbivory is common (unless the leaves are very new).

Location

Arenillas, Gonzalo Díaz de Pineda, Las Palmas Island, Cascadas de San. Rafael, Chaco, Quijos road near Borja, Magic roundabout, and probably Ollín.
