Characteristics |
Spinach green color, smooth hollow stem. Maintains specific leaf shape. Stem is sometimes pulvinous, sometimes hairy. Occasionally you see the two forms in the same plant. Ant colonies are associated with this plant, living inside of the hollow stems, even when plants are 10cm tall. |

Found on Guacamayos road, Quijos river shore, Tena road, Loreto road, El Ollín-Sumaco, Cascadas de San. Rafael, Gonzalo Díaz de Pineda, and Chaco. |
