Characteristics

Leaf has petiole with asymmetrical elongations of leaf lamina behind it, leathery texture, with big scales of the scrotum texture. Stem is not hollow and there is no apparent no ant relationship.

Location

Steep rocky areas near creeks. Puagrayacu, along the Baeza-Napo road, the road from Narupa to Loreto, and the road to Tena.
