The specimen shown was reared on an as yet unidentifed species of Geonoma. Label data are as follows: ECUADOR; Orellana; Río Shiripuno, Laguna Trail, 24.5 km SE bridge on rd. from Coca, 230m, 26 Jan 2009, S01º05'49.0", W76º44'35.8", larva ex Geonoma, leg. J.S. Miller, E. Tapia & W. Simbaña (see Miller, 2009; Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., vol. 321). |
