The specimen shown was collected at Yanayacu Biological Station at MV light trap: leg. J.S. Miller, D. Wagner & E. Tapia, 19 Jan 2009. This taxon is currently assigned as a subspecies of Lepasta bractea Felder, but based on its large body size and several wing pattern differences, almost certainly constitutes a distinct species. |
